In this week’s share you can expect:
- Walla Walla Onions
- Green beans or Broccoli
Around here we love fresh fennel sliced up thin in a salad and tossed in an oily and citric vinaigrette.
Fennel Salad Ingredients
- 2 fennel bulbs, sliced as thin as possible
- 2 carrots, grated
- 1 head of lettuce, chopped
- handful of walnuts or hazelnuts, chopped and toasted
- 1/4 c grated parmesan cheese
Combine ingredients in a bowl and toss with a lemon or orange vinaigrette and enjoy!
